La Oficina Nacional de las Hijas Católicas tiene 5 Proyectos Nacionales y varias organizaciones benéficas que son financiadas por la membresía de los diferentes Cortes Locales y Estatales de las Américas. La lista de los Proyectos Nacionales son:

Habitat para la humanidad

Las Hijas Católicas, en asociación con Habitat for Humanity, trabajan para construir hogares sencillos, decentes y asequibles para las personas económicamente desfavorecidas, de modo que puedan tener un mejor entorno en el que criar a sus familias. Proporcionamos las finanzas para la casa y también ayudamos "directamente" a construir estas casas. Nosotras, como Hijas Católicas, podemos dejar el sitio de la construcción con golpes, magulladuras y cansancio, pero es muy gratificante para todos los involucrados.

Ministerios de la Familia de la Santa Cruz

“La familia que ora unida permanece unida” es el lema de Holy Cross Family Ministries. Fiel a María, la Madre de Dios, el Rosario en Familia anima la oración familiar, especialmente el Rosario. Fundada por el Siervo de Dios, Padre Patrick Peyton, CSC, Family Rosary busca no solo satisfacer la necesidad de compartir el mensaje de oración con aquellos que no están familiarizados con el Rosario, sino también fortalecer la vida de oración de los devotos. Dado que Catholic Daughters tiene a la Santísima Madre como nuestra Patrona y le tenemos una gran devoción, hemos apoyado esta digna causa desde 1977.

La Sociedad Labouré

La Sociedad Labouré fomenta las vocaciones a las comunidades religiosas. Han ayudado económicamente a aspirantes que desean ingresar a una comunidad religiosa. El sesenta y cinco por ciento de sus clientes han sido mujeres que no pueden ingresar a los programas de formación religiosa debido a un impedimento financiero. Las donaciones de CDA ayudarán a hacer realidad su vocación. Santa Catalina Laboure es la patrona de esta sociedad.

¡SOAR!

¡SOAR! fue fundada en 1986 con un capital inicial de $ 25,000 recibido de las Hijas Católicas. ¡Incrementando los esfuerzos de la Iglesia institucional, SOAR! es una organización sin fines de lucro de personas que están comprometidas a asegurar un futuro financieramente estable y seguro personalmente para los miembros ancianos y frágiles de las congregaciones religiosas católicas.

Centro Nacional de Explotación Sexual

En 1962 se estableció Morality in Media en la ciudad de Nueva York para combatir la pornografía. En 2015, el nombre Morality in Media se cambió a National Center on Sexual Exploitation. Promueven la Campaña WRAP. La cinta blanca contra la pornografía, que se lleva a cabo todos los años a finales de octubre. Se envía un boletín NCOSE con cada National Quarterly.

The National Office of the Catholic Daughters has 5 National Projects and several charities that are funded by the membership of the different Local and State Courts all over the Americas. The list of the National Projects are:

Habitat for Humanity

The Catholic Daughters in partnership with Habitat for Humanity work to build simple, decent, affordable homes for economically disadvantaged people so they can have a better environment in which to raise their families. We provide the finances for the house and also help "hands on" to build these homes. We, as Catholic Daughters, may leave the site of the build bumped, bruised, and tired but it is very rewarding for all involved.

Holy Cross Family Ministries

“The family that prays together stays together” is the motto of the Holy Cross Family Ministries. Faithful to Mary, the Mother of God, The Family Rosary encourages family prayer, especially the Rosary. Founded by Servant of God, Father Patrick Peyton, CSC, Family Rosary seeks not only to fulfill the need to share the message of prayer with those who are unfamiliar with the Rosary but also to strengthen the prayer life of the devout. Since Catholic Daughters has the Blessed Mother as our Patroness and we have a strong devotion to her, we have supported this worthy cause since 1977.

The Labouré Society

The Labouré Society encourages vocations to religious communities. They have financially helped aspirants who wish to enter a religious community. Sixty-five percent of their clients have been women who are unable to enter religious formation programs because of a financial impediment. Donations from CDA will help to make their vocation become a reality. St. Catherine Laboure is the patroness of this society.

SOAR!

SOAR! was founded in 1986 with $25,000 seed money received from Catholic Daughters. Augmenting the efforts of the institutional Church, SOAR! is a non-profit organization of persons who are committed to assuring financially stable and personally secure futures for elderly and frail members of Catholic religious congregations.

National Center on Sexual Exploitation

In 1962 Morality in Media was established in New York City to combat pornography. In 2015, the name Morality in Media was changed to National Center on Sexual Exploitation. They promote the WRAP Campaign. The White Ribbon Against Pornography, which takes place each year at the end of October. A NCOSE newsletter is sent out with each National Quarterly.
